The safety and well-being of children is pasowan.id’s absolute priority. This policy is our formal commitment to protect every child (individuals under the age of 18) from all forms of harm and exploitation while using our platform.

2. Age Restrictions and User Access
- Adult Users: Ages 17 and up. Can register for a full account.
- Child Users: Ages 17 and under.
Rules for Children Under 17:
- Parental Consent: If pasowan.id allows children under 17 to access certain features, registration or access must have explicit and verified consent from a parent or guardian.
- Default Settings: Child accounts will automatically use the highest privacy and security settings.
- Age Verification: We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of violating these age restrictions until verification is complete.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy against:
- Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSAM): Any posting, linking, or promotion of material that sexually abuses or exploits children.
- Grooming: Any attempt by an adult to build trust with a minor with the intent to abuse or exploit them.
- Violence and Harm: Content or behavior that promotes, threatens, or causes physical or emotional harm to a child.
- Inappropriate Content: Posts that are explicitly inappropriate, graphic, or grossly offensive, especially if directed at or viewed by a child.
All violating content will be removed immediately, and the associated account will be permanently suspended and reported to the authorities.
4. Reporting Mechanism (Report & Quick Help)
We encourage all users to report any suspicious content or behavior.
4.1. How to Report on the Platform
- Report Feature: Use the “Report” button available on every suspicious post, profile, or chat.
- Detailed Report: Provide as many details as possible (username, date, screenshot) to facilitate investigation.

4.3. Response Procedure Priority: All child safety reports are our highest priority.
- Rapid Investigation: A special team will review the report within a maximum of 2 hours after it is received.
- Legal Reporting: If we find strong evidence of child exploitation or abuse, pasowan.id will immediately report it to the Indonesian National Police and the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI).
